The design provided can be customized: the future owner can decide between it being a one or two-bedroom apartment.

 

There is a small swimming pool and a large balcony area. Wide, sliding minimal frame windows and doors unify the indoor and outdoor areas that create the impression of one large living space.

 

All the apartment’s indoor floors are covered in hardwood and wooden deck floors at the balcony area. The dining area is located at the center of the apartment, connecting the open kitchen with the living area.
