The ground floor maisonette enjoys the exclusive use of a spectacular garden and a large private swimming pool, as well as outdoor lounge, dining and cooking areas.  Wide, minimal frame windows connect the indoor with the outdoor areas. There are hardwood floors in all areas of the interior and wooden deck floors outside.

The main entrance to the maisonette is at the ground floor level, as well as a large living area, dining area and open kitchen. A guest WC and cloak room is included at this level. The -1-level guest room is large, well-lit and airy and has its own bathroom.
